1. Licensing and Usage
All themes and plugins sold by [Your Company Name] are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). However, access to support, updates, and premium features is governed by the licensing terms below:
- Each purchase grants you a non-transferable license to use the product on the specified number of sites.
- Licenses are active for one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated (e.g., lifetime licenses).
- You may not repackage, resell, or redistribute our products as-is without explicit permission.
2. Support Policy
We provide ticket-based support to customers with active licenses. Support includes:
- Bug fixes
- Guidance on product features
- Compatibility advice
Support does not include:

- Assistance with third-party plugins or themes
- Server/environment configuration
3. Automatic Renewal
Unless canceled, licenses are set to automatically renew every year to ensure uninterrupted access to updates and support.
- You will receive email reminders before renewal.
- By default, payment is charged to the original payment method.
- You can disable auto-renewal at any time via your account dashboard.
4. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts:
- In cases of refund abuse
- If a user breaches the license agreement or terms of use
- For engaging in malicious activity (e.g., code theft, reverse engineering)
Once terminated, access to updates and support will be revoked.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new purchases (not renewals). If you experience a technical issue that we cannot resolve, we’ll issue a full refund.
Refunds will not be granted:
- After 14 days of purchase
- For renewal payments
- For licensing misuse or misunderstanding
- Due to a lack of features or custom needs outside the advertised scope

6. Refund Policy Abuse
To protect our business, we reserve the right to deny refunds to individuals who:
- Request multiple refunds across different products
- Abuse the system with repeated downloads and refund cycles
- Open chargebacks without first contacting our support team
Accounts involved in refund abuse will be blacklisted from future purchases and support.
7. Discount Policy
We periodically offer discounts or promotional codes. These are subject to:
- Expiry dates
- Specific terms of use (e.g., first-time purchase only)
- Limitations (e.g., non-combinable with other offers)
We do not retroactively apply discounts to past purchases.
8. Grandfathered Pricing
Customers who purchased under older pricing plans will retain that pricing as long as the license remains active and renewed on time. Cancelled or expired licenses will forfeit access to legacy pricing and must re-subscribe under the current rate.
9. Inactive License
An inactive license is one that:
- Is expired (not renewed)
- Has been deactivated or manually canceled
Inactive licenses:
- Will not receive product updates
- Are ineligible for support
- May cause functionality degradation over time due to WordPress core or plugin updates
We strongly recommend renewing your license to maintain compatibility and security.
10. Licensing Restrictions
You may not:
- Share your license key publicly or with unauthorized users
- Use our products on more sites than your license allows
- Modify the license validation system
- Circumvent access controls to updates or support
Violation may result in immediate termination without notice or refund.
