How to Use Dokan Kits Vendor Smart Coupons Display

Smart Coupons Display lets you control how available coupons appear on the storefront, including cart page and single product page displays.

It is managed from the Marketing tab in Dokan Kits settings.

Enable Feature in Dokan Kits

Use this exact admin path:

WP Admin -> Dokan Kits -> Features -> Marketing -> Smart Coupons Display

Then enable at least one of:

• Enable Coupon Display on Cart Page
• Enable Coupon Display on Single Product Page

Click Save Changes.

If coupon removal is enabled on single product page, customers can use:

• remove coupon action (Remove coupon %s / Remove %s coupon)

Recommended Setup

For typical marketplace use:

1. Turn on Enable Coupon Display on Cart Page.
2. Turn on Enable Coupon Display on Single Product Page.
3. Turn on Allow Direct Coupon Application on Single Product Page.
4. Turn on Enable Coupon Expiry Info Message.
5. Add a custom Coupon Expiry Info Message (or keep default placeholder).
6. Enable Enable List Layout Options and choose Coupon List Layout.

Testing Checklist

After saving settings:

1. Add a product to cart and open cart page.
2. Confirm Available Coupons appears (if cart display is enabled).
3. Open a single product page and confirm coupon block appears (if enabled).
4. Test manual entry with Have a coupon?, Coupon code, and Apply Coupon.
5. Apply a coupon and confirm state changes to Applied.
6. If enabled, test remove coupon button behavior.
7. Verify expiry text output from Coupon Expiry Info Message.
8. Switch Coupon List Layout and verify visual layout changes.

Troubleshooting

Smart Coupons Display Section Not Visible

• Confirm WooCommerce coupons are enabled
• Confirm plugin is active
• Confirm premium license is active

Coupons Not Showing on Product Page

• Enable Enable Coupon Display on Single Product Page
• Ensure coupons exist and are valid for the vendor/product context

Coupons Not Showing on Cart Page

• Enable Enable Coupon Display on Cart Page
• Add eligible products to cart and retest

Expiry Message Not Showing

• Enable Enable Coupon Expiry Info Message
