How to Use Dokan Kits Vendor Product Video Gallery
The Dokan Kits Vendor Product Video Gallery add-on lets vendors add product videos using:
- self-hosted uploads
- external video links
- multiple videos per product
- player behavior controls
All admin controls are configured in the Product Videos subsection.
Enable Feature in Dokan Kits
Use this exact path in wp-admin:
WP Admin -> Dokan Kits -> Features -> Product -> Product Videos
Then enable the options you need, such as:
- Enable Self-Hosted Video Uploads
- Enable External Video Sources
- Allow Multiple Videos
Click Save Changes after updating the settings.

Testing Checklist
After saving admin settings:
- Log in as a vendor.
- Open product add/edit page and confirm Product Videos is visible.
- Test upload with allowed format and valid size.
- Test upload with blocked format and confirm validation message.
- Test upload above size limit and confirm validation message.
- Add a YouTube/Vimeo link and verify preview behavior.
- Test video limit using Maximum Videos Per Product.
- Verify player behavior settings on product page:
- Autoplay Videos
- Loop Videos
- Show Video Controls
- Mute Videos by Default
- Enable Popup Video Player
Troubleshooting
Product Videos Section Not Visible
- Confirm the add-on plugin is active
- Confirm premium license is active
- Confirm feature settings are configured at

Upload Option Missing
- Turn on Enable Self-Hosted Video Uploads
- Enable at least one format: Allow MP4 Format, Allow WebM Format, or Allow OGG Format
